  1. Dynamic Warm-Up (15 minutes):

    • Begin the clinic with a thorough warm-up that includes dynamic stretching and mobility exercises tailored to prepare the body for a high-intensity workout.

  2. Strength & Power Development (30 minutes):

    • Engage in foundational strength training exercises focusing on bodyweight movements, resistance training, and explosive power development. Exercises may include squats, lunges, push-ups, and plyometric drills.

  3. Speed & Agility Training (30 minutes):

    • Enhance speed and agility through targeted drills that improve quickness, reaction time, and overall coordination. This segment includes ladder drills, cone drills, and sprint work.

  4. Endurance Conditioning (20 minutes):

    • Boost cardiovascular endurance with a combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and sport-specific conditioning exercises designed to improve stamina and performance under pressure.

  5. Sport-Specific Skills Focus (15 minutes):

    • Depending on the group’s interests, this segment will focus on developing sport-specific skills such as footwork, hand-eye coordination, or balance.

  6. Cool Down & Recovery (10 minutes):

    • Finish the clinic with guided stretches, foam rolling techniques, and breathing exercises to promote recovery and reduce the risk of injury.
